Job TitleDay to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:Owns all technical aspects of software development for assigned applicationsFunctions as senior member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices w.r.t. tools, common components, and documentationSpends significant amount of time writing code and testing, and remainder of time collaborating with stakeholders through ongoing product/platform releasesDevelops deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domainsWrites code and unit tests, works on API specs, automation, and conducts code reviews & testingPerforms ongoing refactoring of code, utilizes visualization and other techniques to fast-track concepts, and deliver continuous improvementIdentifies opportunities to adopt innovative and disruptive technologies – follows GCRTP principlesProvides continuous support for ongoing application availabilityWorks closely with product owners on blueprints and annual planning of feature sets that impact multiple platforms and productsWorks with product owners to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues.Develop database design and architecture documentation for the management and executive teamsQualifications:4+ years of experience in design and development of process-based solutions in PEGADeep knowledge of Business Rules and Business Process Management (BPM) and proven ability to create solutions from the ground upStrong leadership, proven communication, and relationship management skills.Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunitiesTechnology proficient to understand how the current systems fit with the enterprise-wide vision.
