Steele Insurance Agency provides personal and commercial insurance solutions with a strong focus on communication, follow-through, and long-term client relationships.

As our agency continues to grow, we are expanding the way we manage and work incoming leads. We are looking for a dependable, energetic Call Center Representative who is comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone and understands that consistency drives results.

Position Overview:

-This is a high-activity outbound calling position focused on working agency-provided leads through our CRM system.-

Your primary role will be to contact prospective clients, create interest, and connect qualified opportunities with our licensed insurance team through live transfers or scheduled appointments.

Success in this position is straightforward: activity, consistency, and quality conversations.

You will be expected to maintain a strong outbound call volume while also focusing on meaningful results contacts made, conversations created, appointments scheduled, and qualified prospects transferred to our licensed sales team.

Someone who performs well in this role will become an important part of keeping our sales pipeline active and ensuring the leads we invest in receive consistent, professional follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls using leads provided through the agency CRM
• Respond quickly to new and existing lead opportunities
• Introduce Steele Insurance Agency professionally and confidently
• Ask basic qualifying questions and identify potential insurance needs
• Warm-transfer interested prospects directly to licensed sales agents
• Schedule appointments when a live transfer is not possible
• Make continued contact attempts according to established lead workflows
• Accurately document calls, dispositions, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
• Maintain organized follow-up activity on assigned leads
• Work toward established daily and weekly call, contact, transfer, and appointment goals
• Follow agency scripts, workflows, and communication standards
• Participate in coaching and training designed to improve call quality and conversion

Prior call center, telemarketing, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
