You will prepare resolutions, consents, minutes, and regulatory filings; support attorneys with corporate secretarial functions; and maintain the group calendar. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of corporate paralegal experience, in-house preferred; strong MS Office, Teams or Zoom; experience with Diligent software; and a proven ability #J-18808-Ljbffr Old Republic
