We are losing our seasonal crew members and need new members who can be with us thru the end of the year; staying with us when we pick back up next year.

Join a fast-growing team bringing the nation’s top striping brand to Indianapolis North! We are looking for a skilled professionals who are responsible, detail oriented, and seeking part-time work.

The Role & Schedule: This is a seasonal, project-based position. Work is scheduled as jobs are booked, requiring a flexible team member ready to jump in when the work is there.

• Availability: While, in theory, our work is done when businesses are closed, a lot of our work does happen during the 9-5 hours.
• Pay: $17/h r unless you have striping experience
• The Work: Operating professional striping equipment and handling lot maintenance with precision.

Essential Functions

1. Operates equipment of various sizes and weights used in parking lot striping.

2. Assists preparing equipment and trucks.

3. Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.

4. Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.

5. Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the Crew Leader or Operations Manager; cleans equipment.

6. Cleans stencils as needed.

7. While on site fill machines, handle stencil work, cleans parking lot as needed, assist Crew Leader in layout work.

Physical Demands

· Must be comfortable working outdoors.

· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 60lbs).

· Requires handling of industrial equipment, paint machines, and stencils.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

· Standard Shift: there is no standard, but we control our availability.

· Weather-Dependent Schedule: Work may shift due to weather conditions.

Travel

Local travel (within the surrounding areas) but a vehicle (box truck from warehouse) will be provided.

Este es un puesto de temporada y basado en proyectos. El trabajo se programa a medida que se reservan nuevos proyectos, por lo que buscamos una persona flexible y disponible para trabajar cuando haya proyectos programados.

• Disponibilidad: En teoría, nuestro trabajo se realiza cuando los negocios están cerrados; sin embargo, una buena parte de nuestros trabajos se realiza durante el horario normal de 9:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
• Pago: $17 por hora , a menos que tengas experiencia previa en señalización de estacionamientos.
• El trabajo: Operar equipos profesionales de señalización y realizar trabajos de mantenimiento de estacionamientos con precisión y atención al detalle.

Funciones esenciales

1. Operar equipos de diferentes tamaños y pesos utilizados para la señalización de estacionamientos.
2. Ayudar a preparar los equipos y los camiones.
3. Seguir correctamente los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y de OSHA.
4. Seguir los procedimientos y protocolos diarios establecidos durante las orientaciones y capacitaciones del trabajo.
5. Realizar inspecciones rutinarias y mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos asignados, informar cualquier defecto o reparación necesaria al Líder de Equipo o al Gerente de Operaciones y mantener los equipos limpios.
6. Limpiar las plantillas según sea necesario.
7. Durante el trabajo en el sitio, llenar las máquinas, realizar trabajos con plantillas, limpiar el estacionamiento cuando sea necesario y ayudar al Líder de Equipo con la distribución y medición del estacionamiento.

Demandas físicas

• Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando al aire libre.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie, agacharse, arrodillarse y levantar objetos pesados (hasta 60 libras).
• Se requiere manipular equipos industriales, máquinas de pintura y plantillas.
