Bring your skills, dedication, and passion for excellence, and help us deliver the exceptional Lexus experience our customers expect.Competitive Pay: $60,000 – $120,000 AnnuallyPlus comprehensive benefits package!What We Offer:Health & dental insuranceClosed every Sunday & all major holidaysPaid vacation daysPaid Lexus factory training - stay sharp and advance your skillsVehicle reimbursement programIRA match programChristmas club programYour Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair Lexus vehicles with accuracy and efficiency, following dealership and factory standardsCommunicate clearly with the parts department to ensure timely parts delivery and notify team leader if awaiting parts or special ordersAccurately diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairsSave and tag parts when jobs are under warranty or requested by the customerInspect vehicles thoroughly to recommend additional safety or service work when neededNotify Service Consultants promptly if additional work is needed, unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed as promisedDocument all work performed on repair orders with detailed concern, cause, and correction notesRoad-test vehicles to verify quality of repairsReturn customer vehicles clean and ready to driveStay current with factory technical bulletins and attend factory training classes regularlyMaintain a clean, organized shop and account for dealership-owned tools at all timesFollow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposalDemonstrate professionalism and embody Lexus's vision, mission, and values in all interactionsAdhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe work environmentPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bendingAbility to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, or more than 10 pounds constantlyRequires walking, standing, sitting, and operating arm or leg controls at a production paceAre You Ready to Join Our Team?If you're committed to craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering world-class service, we want to hear from you!
