Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global)

Are you a proactive recruiter who enjoys finding great talent and building strong teams? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S., Canada, and international markets.

In this role, you'll recruit for a variety of positions, including technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Product, Data) and field-based technician positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.

What we're looking for:

• 3–6+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience hiring technical and/or field-based talent
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
