Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative care
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and surgical safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — pending license accepted at time of submission, but must be active prior to start date
• CVOR specialty experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates must be available to work some holidays
• On-site drug screening required; panels include Amphetamine, Barbiturate, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, PCP, Marijuana, and Buprenorphine — failure will result in assignment cancellation
• All required compliance documents must be submitted no later than 3 business days prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or perioperative environment
