As a Roofing Specialist (Sales) you'll work assigned territories helping homeowners through the insurance restoration process. You’ll have uncapped earning potential. And work at a company backed by experienced leadership with proven systems.
Our next onboarding group starts Monday, July 20. We're adding a limited number of new representatives to the team, and we'd love to meet you in time to join the team then.

Canvass assigned neighborhoods
Inspect roofs for storm damage
Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Secure signed contingency agreements
Meet with insurance adjusters
Guide customers through the restoration process
Submit project documentation
Maintain customer communication from sale to completion
Highly competitive and self-motivated
Strong communicator who connects easily with people
Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems (no experience required)
Organized and dependable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
