Ascent Administration Services is a growing service contract and extended warranty company based in Mesa, Az, and we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts.

This isn't a position where you will be responsible for just one piece of marketing. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture and execute.

You will work directly with company leadership and our sales team to build our brand, generate new dealer and partner opportunities, create sales and marketing materials, manage digital campaigns, and help drive the continued growth of the company.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy.
• Create campaigns targeting automobile dealerships, dealer groups, agents, and automotive partners.
• Manage our website, SEO, digital advertising, and online presence.
• Manage social media and develop engaging company content.
• Create email marketing and prospect follow-up campaigns.
• Develop brochures, presentations, sales sheets, dealer materials, and product marketing.
• Support our sales team with campaigns and dealer-specific marketing materials.
• Help launch and market new vehicle service contract and ancillary product programs.
• Coordinate outside designers, printers, advertising vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Continuously identify new ways to generate business and strengthen our brand.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on marketer, not someone who only manages agencies or develops strategy.

You should be comfortable moving between creating a campaign, writing an email, reviewing website content, developing a dealer presentation, analyzing campaign results, and working with our sales team on the next opportunity.

Ideal Qualifications Include

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Adobe and MS Office certified.
• Strong digital marketing experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, paid search, social media, and lead generation.
• Ability to create professional B2B sales and marketing materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with an understanding of marketing analytics and ROI.

Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dealerships, F&I, vehicle service contracts, extended warranties, dealer administration, ancillary products, or dealer agent networks would be especially valuable.
