Shift - 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday) 03:30 PM TO 02:00 AM

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, you will assemble, repair, and test life-saving devices focused on structural heart health, such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). The incumbent will fill other roles and responsibilities to meet evolving business needs as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Production: Perform routine assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices using standardized procedures.
• Quality Records: Maintain highly accurate records to ensure travelers and quality documents are precise and all parts are fully traceable.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean Manufacturing goals and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.
• Data & Communication: Utilize electronic data collection systems and communicate ideas or problems clearly to manufacturing management.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow strict written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong physical capability to handle, maneuver, and align small components and parts.
• Task Prioritization: Ability to sequence and time different jobs independently based on precedence and importance.
• Mandatory Dress Code: Strict adherence to cleanroom rules including non-shedding clothing, closed-toe/closed-heel shoes, and zero makeup, nail coatings, or scented products.

Preferred Education & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience utilizing computer software packages and data collection tools.
• Ability to make critical decisions and quality judgments with minimal supervision.
