Inventory Control ClerkThis full time position is responsible for shipping, receiving, handling, storing, and keeping accurate inventory records for all goods and products at the DMC warehouse location. This position will also prepare goods for shipping, either to other DMC locations and wholesale customers. This role also includes set up and breakdown of DMC assets for events. Lifting up to 75lbs is required. This role’s responsibilities may change based on operational needs.The Inventory Control Clerk position is hourly non-exempt, with a pay rate of $18.00/hr. Additionally, we provide 401(k) options and financial planning support for all employees.OrganizationGreen coffee and non-coffee goods are organized effectively with clear identifiersEffectively communicates, and gets approval, by appropriate parties when goods are moved, consolidated or re-organizedEffective use of a signout sheets when transporting goodsRegular end of week reports on state of the warehouse, misc tasks and upcoming projectsInventory ManagementSegregate products by weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory counts as delegated by appropriate managementEffectively navigate spreadsheets for inventory data inputOrganizing with appropriate managers a par system of goods when necessaryReporting on low inventory of itemsOperationsReceiving products and goods ordered by all DMC departments,Controlling inventory and distribution book keeping of dry goods in ShopifyAssists in receiving containers, barrel tasks and bag runsRegular inspection of company assets and facilities overseeing regular maintenance when necessaryRegular deliveries of goods to production departments when needed. Driving a DMC delivery truck as needed.Regular cleaning procedures of the warehouseEffectively and safely operate a forklift.
