Position Summary The Campus Recruiter partners with the recruiting team, HR and leadership to execute a campus recruiting strategy, cultivate university partnerships, orchestrate campus events, and build a pipeline of interns, emerging graduates and recent alumni across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute on‑campus recruiting and sourcing strategies. Provide outstanding customer service and advise managers and stakeholders on recruiting processes for internships and intern conversions. Oversee candidate management from sourcing to offers. Plan and participate in campus recruiting events, including campus activities, interviews, job fairs, on‑site company presentations and internship summer program events. Prepare presentations and event materials, outreach to hiring managers and attendees, logistics planning and identification of presentation speakers. Foster relationships with students, faculty and administration on campus. Participate in Campus Recruiting Program evaluation, review results and keep updated on current college recruiting trends. Collaborate with other recruiting team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Qualifications 1–3 years of high‑volume or college recruiting experience with demonstrated success delivering quality recruitment programs. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn and other recruiting and sourcing tools. Strong organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience traveling up to 75% during peak college recruiting season. What We Offer Compensation: $70,000+ base salary.
