Responsibilities
- Provide bedside ICU nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care in alignment with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Monitor critically ill patients, respond to physiologic changes, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EPIC) and participate in handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure patient and family education, prepare for discharge planning, and maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain accountability for the quality of nursing services delivered by self and others under supervision, while applying clinical judgment appropriate to the physical and developmental ages of assigned patients.

Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Nursys verification required within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS and SIREN certifications required within 48 hours if offered
- EPIC EMR experience
- COVID-19 vaccination per state record; declinations not accepted
- Prior travel experience and ability to follow facility schedules; no scheduling restrictions
- Ability to provide required documents: resume with gaps explained, 1 supervisory reference within last 6 months, 1 supervisory reference within last 12 months, and a skills checklist specific to ICU
