Your Role As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform high-quality residential installations while representing our company with pride. You will be trusted to: * Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps, etc.) to the highest quality, safety, and manufacturer standards. * Communicate professionally with homeowners to answer questions and ensure an exceptional customer experience. * Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites. * Mentor junior team members and represent the company with integrity. What We're Looking For * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience. * License/Cert: Valid driver's license (clean record) and EPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days). * Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and the ability to use power tools safely. * Education: High school diploma or GED. * Physical: Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle varying weather conditions. * Preferred: NATE Certification and leadership/mentoring experience.
