Accurate Personnel is looking for a seasoned staffing sales professional for our office in Islandia, New York!
Accurate Personnel is hiring for an Account Executive! This individual will be responsible for driving direct sales of both temporary and direct-hire staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will require a proactive approach to developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Apply today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Base Salary $75,000 + annually, plus commission structure. Compensation is based on experience.
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
- Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Located in Islandia, New York!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop full knowledge of staffing usage of potential business partners within the Sacramento area.
- Prospect new opportunities for business
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
- Secure new accounts and expand existing ones through effective proposals and networking.
- Consult with clients to identify talent acquisition and workforce needs.
- Enter daily activities into CRM software for tracking purposes.
- Exhibit the company's values and follow company processes.
- Serve as a resource for labor/workforce management solutions.
- Work with Operations staff to ensure service delivery and provide updates to management.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process with a proven record in development and revenue generation.
- Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
- Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.
Requirements and Qualifications
We need someone who is:
- Experienced in selling workforce solutions / staffing.
- Capable of understanding Light Industrial industry workforce challenges
- Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands.
- A hunter who enjoys the thrill of finding and closing clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services.
- Able to travel within assigned market(s).
