Test Technician (1st & 2nd Shift Openings Available)

Position Summary

We are seeking Test Technicians to support Cleaning Durability Testing activities. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or basic testing experience who are comfortable performing repetitive tasks while following detailed written instructions and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive cleaning cycles by following established User Manual instructions.
• Document testing progress and results within Test Case Records.
• Monitor devices during testing and identify any unexpected events or irregularities.
• Create and support observation tickets when unexpected device events occur.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions throughout the testing process.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized documentation of all testing activities.
• Support the testing team by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or testing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word or similar documentation software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Cleaning Durability Testing does not involve the use of complex equipment and is more simplistic in nature. Candidates with assembler, manufacturing, or production-style test technician backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
