Nurse Practitioner Primary Care

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity serving Veterans in Espaola, New Mexico. This is a full-time position offering a predictable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and an excellent work-life balance.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM No call, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to Veterans
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unrestricted APRN license
• Active DEA registration
• Primary care experience preferred
• VA/CPRS/VISTA experience is a plus, not required

Compensation: $165,000$200,000, based on experience. The top of the range is reserved for highly experienced candidates.
