The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential payroll information with professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify invoices and prepare checks for payment.Respond to inquiries from employees and outside agencies regarding payroll and related matters.Prepare biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, schedules, and other information related to benefits and payroll.Complete wage verifications and various surveys for government agencies.Maintain accurate and organized payroll records and documentation.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.Weekly pay and benefits available!#INDVB
