Driver Commissions

Responsibilities Pack, load, and unload delivery vans and trucks. Deliver food to customers on designated routes. Unload products and place items in the customer storage area. Maintain regular communication with route dispatchers or managers. Review deliveries with recipients to ensure accuracy and obtain delivery confirmations by having them sign the invoice. Clean and service the van or truck for the next delivery. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Compensation Base pay plus site‑specific commissions. Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class. Good DMV/MVR record. Current, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card. Strong time management, customer service skills, attention to detail. Willingness to adhere to routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Successfully pass a background check including criminal history and drug screening. Ability to use a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets and products. Passed a DOT physical exam and Human Performance Evaluation (Lift, Lift‑Carry, Push‑Pull, Climb, Repetitive Posture). Physical Requirements Must be able to see and hear; specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus. Move frequently; stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with arms. Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; occasional up to 75 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs; reach above shoulder. Frequent bending and squatting. Legally operate a motor vehicle; safely and frequently enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area. Education & Training High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience driving a box truck or at least a 24‑ft long truck. Work Conditions Office and warehouse environment. Occasional standing or sitting for extended periods. Wearing appropriate PPE required. Exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises in a warehouse environment. Frequent computer and telephone use. Frequent communication with people throughout the day. Delivery of products in inclement weather conditions.
