Quality TechnicianFamily owned and operated Fabrication Shop in Three Rivers MichiganElwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Quality Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftQuality Systems & Standards: Support and understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.Develop and maintain Control Plans and conduct Capability Studies for both parts and equipment.Actively participate in Corrective Actions, including 8D and 5 Whys root cause analysis, to resolve quality issues.Quality Technician Qualifications:Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role. Strong understanding and application of ISO quality standards.Proficiency in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and related documentation.Experience with calibration processes and Gage Trak software. Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to travel domestically.Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
