About the Role Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team and provide in-person counseling services within a trauma-responsive, community-based clinical environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting school-age children and young adults (ages 5-20) in the Rome, GA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for youth. Compensation Salary: Competitive base salary ($60,000 - $68,000) , with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities . Sign-on bonus may be available. Flexible scheduling. Benefits Health Benefits 401K Retirement Paid Time off Life Insurance benefit Cell phone stipend Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy Develop and maintain treatment plans and assessments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and DFCS partners Maintain clinical documentation and billing compliance Attend and participate in staff meetings and training This Role Is a Good Fit If You Are A fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Interested in meaningful, trauma-responsive work without the administrative burden of private practice Motivated by community-based, in-person clinical work with children, adolescents, adults, and families Open to collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Full licensure in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded. Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the like. Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier. Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings, health exam and drug screen.
