Overnight Member Services Representative

Job Details Location: Pearlridge Center - Aiea, HI 96701 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly Job Benefits Free Black Card gym membership. Key Responsibilities Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Handle all front‑desk related activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members into the system, process new member sign‑ups, give prospective members tours, facilitate updates to member accounts, close shift for the business day, and create a bank deposit for the next day. Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, Black Card spa amenities, restrooms, and performing a comprehensive walk of all club areas to quickly fix any safety or policy issues and address cleanliness concerns. Qualifications Customer service background preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic computer proficiency. Passion for fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude. Punctuality and reliability required. Ability to work overnights. Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding member expectations. Strong listener with empathy and problem‑solving ability. Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights). Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.
