Volt is immediately hiring for a Forklift Operator in Taft, CA.

As a Forklift Operator, you will:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse/industrial environment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials as needed.
• Transport products throughout the facility while following all safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time Temp to Hire opportunity.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Time Flexibility: May start at 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM depending on business needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of recent forklift experience required.
• Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
