$450,000 Base Salary + Percentage-Based Compensation

Start with a highly competitive $450,000 base salary , plus percentage-based compensation that rewards your productivity and clinical success. With a strong patient base and production opportunity, you can earn up to $1 million annually .

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus to welcome the right surgeon to the Bayside team.

Flexible 3–5 Day Work Schedule

We offer the flexibility to work 3 to 5 days per week , allowing you to create a schedule that fits your professional and personal goals.
