The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Used Car Manager . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Located at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana, the Used Car Manager is responsible for managing all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing. Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensure that sales representatives always understand and follow dealership policies. Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers, subordinates and other management.
