Facility Events Support StaffThe Facility Events Support Staff is an integral part of the events team, working collaboratively within the Tournaments and Events business arm. The Support Staff is responsible for operational assistance relating to NCFC Youth tournaments, events, and facility hosting obligations for outside events.Essential Functions:Provide operational support and assistance to NCFC Youth Tournament and Events Staff.Work collaboratively with the Director of Tournaments and Events and other NCFC Youth Support Staff to manage tournament operations and setup.Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications/Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCustomer Service & ResponsivenessSuperior organizational skillsJob Type Requirements:Part-time; hourly position.Seasonal hours based on tournaments and event needs.Event hours vary but require an extended commitment (10-12+ hour days) on-site at facilities.Ability to work weekends and long hours for tournament operations.Work Environment/Travel/Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
