Technical Project Manager - Network Infrastructure

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Preferred: experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Preferred: familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.
• Preferred: experience working in large enterprise environments.

• We lead end-to-end project management for network infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• We manage several concurrent projects spanning wired, wireless, cellular/DAS, and network modernization efforts.
• We develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• We coordinate project activity across engineering, operations, vendors, facilities, security, and business partners.
• We facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• We ensure projects are delivered successfully while reducing business disruption and operational risk.
• We support delivery of enterprise networking initiatives such as campus and branch refreshes, wireless workplace deployments, Aruba Central, Cisco, or cloud networking migrations, NAC enhancements, cellular DAS and mobility projects, resiliency upgrades, and office relocations, expansions, and decommissions.
• We translate technical needs into actionable project plans and business-aligned outcomes.
• We identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation actions.
• We drive change management activities for network implementations and major infrastructure upgrades.
• We partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure testing, validation, rollback planning, and implementation readiness.
• We monitor delivery metrics and address issues before they affect timelines or operations.
• We build strong relationships with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
• We communicate project status, risks, and decisions in a clear, concise, executive-ready manner.
• We manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making across diverse groups.
• We ensure business requirements are captured, documented, and aligned with technical solutions.
• We coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in network projects.
• We track budgets, purchase orders, and resource utilization.
• We support contract reviews and renewals, equipment procurement, and lifecycle planning.
• We make sure vendor deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations.
• We drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods and governance practices.
• We develop project documentation, templates, playbooks, and reporting standards.
• We promote consistency across project execution and operational handoffs.
• We use project metrics and lessons learned to improve future outcomes.
