The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader driving high-quality commercial interior construction projects to successful completion in the Raleigh market. This role offers the autonomy to manage on-site field operations while leveraging modern digital tools like PlanGrid to maintain high quality and precision. How You Will Make an Impact Directed daily on-site field operations for commercial interior construction projects to maintain strict project timelines. Coordinated project tasking and crew assignments entirely through PlanGrid software to streamline field communications. Inspected project progress to enforce strict building code compliance and deliver a high degree of interior finish. Formulated accurate electronic daily reports and comprehensive site safety logs within specialized field software. Managed field personnel and subcontractors using an adaptable leadership style that balances positive motivation with firm accountability. Executed detailed photo documentation according to company tagging and titling standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven capability to read, interpret, and execute commercial construction plans electronically. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing PlanGrid or equivalent construction management software for daily field reporting. Flexibility to work after-hours schedules as required by specific commercial project demands. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver's license backed by a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 4 or more years of related work experience managing commercial interior field installations. Completion of a construction trade program or relevant technical certification. Active safety certifications including OSHA credentials and commercial construction safety training.
