Mirakl Internship: Customer Support & Training

Today, Mirakl's operating system combines an enterprise marketplace solution (Mirakl Platform) that enables retailers and B2B organizations to launch, scale, and operate marketplaces and dropship, AI-powered multichannel selling (Mirakl Connect), retail media (Mirakl Ads) and an agentic commerce infrastructure (Mirakl Nexus). With dual headquarters in Boston and Paris, Mirakl helps a global ecosystem of 450+ marketplaces (B2C and B2B) and a network of over 100k third-party marketplace sellers. Brands like Macy's, Decathlon, Carrefour, Asos, and Airbus Helicopters use Mirakl to grow their businesses in new and remarkable ways.

You'll be part of our Customer Support & Training team led by Alice, Manager Customer Training, based in Bordeaux. The team consists of around ten professionals including Support Engineers, Product Content specialists, and Training Project managers covering a worldwide scope. Together, you'll be empowering Mirakl's customers and internal teams through world-class training content and knowledge management.

As an intern, you'll work closely with the Training and Product content teams to create and design educational materials that enable users to get the most out of Mirakl's platform.

Your impact will include:

• Design and produce engaging content across multiple formats (video, e-learning, written documentation) in collaboration with Training and Product Content teams, utilizing tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence
• Structure and optimize diverse content sources to feed our Digital Agent, organizing content architecture and metadata to enable intelligent self-service and autonomous issue resolution for users
• Identify training requirements and content gaps by engaging with internal teams and external users, proposing actionable solutions to improve discoverability and effectiveness
• Leverage AI-driven analytics to track learner engagement, measure content performance, and adapt materials dynamically based on user interactions and data insights
• Work closely with Product experts, Technical teams, and Customer Success to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date across all knowledge sources

What you'll bring to the role:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field
• Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Content architecture and knowledge management understanding to optimize materials for users and AI-powered agents
