Inside Sales Associate

We’re hiring for a premier manufacturer in Chester County. It’s a stable, onsite role where you’d act as the key link between the factory and the customer—perfect for a self-starter with motivation and interest in growing in a company! The Role:

• Manage quotes/orders in Salesforce.
• Primary customer contact for shipping & status updates.
• High-energy, collaborative environment.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for information from factory to customer
• Prepare quotations for manufacturers’ representatives for presentation to customers working with the Regional Manager
• Provide follow-up customer service pertaining to manufacturing status of material, shipping and delivery.
• Salesforce entry for all leads, orders and quotations
• Write up orders specifically which includes obtaining product detail information from customers and Regional Manager
