Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Dietary Staff- Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dietary Aides to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Staff member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and providing excellent customer service to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, including food cutting, dicing, and grilling
• Serve meals to residents in a timely and respectful manner
• Restock and replenish food supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special events and meals
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Food handler's certification strongly recommended or willing to achieve within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
