About The Part- Time Teller Role Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Teller, where exceptional customer service and operational excellence meet. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized banking experiences while ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance. Key Responsibilities Customer Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts with meticulous attention to detail. Product & Service Promotion: Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s diverse financial products and services, enhancing client relationships and fostering financial wellness. Payment Processing: Handle credit card payments, issue money orders, bank checks, and accept loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security. Secure Handling of Assets: Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times. Client Support & Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs, cultivating a welcoming environment. Reconciliation & Record Keeping: Perform end-of-day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). Maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention. Prior experience in customer service and cash handling. Strong verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within small teams. Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Access to reliable transportation Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development. Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods. Preferred Previous banking or financial services experience. Schedule Part-time Position With Hours Aligned To Branch Operations Mon–Wed: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM Thu–Fri: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:0 PM (rotating schedule) Sun: Closed Employees may need to remain 15–30 minutes after closing.
