Job Description The Semiconductor Fabrication Operator Level 1 is an entry‑level position responsible for learning and assisting in semiconductor manufacturing processes, operating basic equipment, and maintaining product quality under supervision. Shift Schedule The role operates Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am‑5:00 pm. Once production ramps up, the shift model will transition to a compressed 12‑hour schedule with the following options: A Shift: Monday‑Wednesday and every other Sunday, 6:00 am‑6:00 pm B Shift: Thursday‑Saturday and every other Sunday, 6:00 am‑6:00 pm C Shift: Sunday‑Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6:00 pm‑6:00 am D Shift: Wednesday‑Friday and every other Saturday, 6:00 pm‑6:00 am Responsibilities Engage in on‑the‑job training and development opportunities. Complete all required equipment operation training and certifications. Efficiently operate assigned equipment and supporting test/measurement tools under supervision. Collaborate with trainer to develop fabrication technique skills. Adhere to written specifications; maintain 100% compliance on qualified tasks. Perform only tasks for which qualified or certified; seek supervisor direction otherwise. Apply basic problem‑solving skills. Maintain accurate records of production activities. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Respond to discrepant material dispositions under trainer guidance. Operate in a cleanroom environment: gowning, wafer handling, and other standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Develop positive relationships with peers and support groups. Recognize visual and audible alarms and evacuate safely when required. Comply with attendance and break policies. Remain alert for the entire shift. Use idle time for equipment setup, staging of product, and lot transportation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic problem‑solving skills. Basic math skills including arithmetic and interpreting graphs. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Capability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 11 hours per shift. Ability to push/pull 5–15 pounds regularly, up to 30 pounds occasionally. Reach above and below shoulder height; stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and crouch as needed. Lift and carry items with both hands up to 15 pounds. Additional Information Location: Roseville, CA. B‑Shift eligible for 5% shift premium pay.
