Physical Therapist | Modern Clinic, Steady Caseload, Growth Path

Full-Time Physical Therapist
$90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Belton. This role is ideal for a PT who wants to work with a steady caseload, provide meaningful patient care, and continue growing in a professional clinical setting.

The primary caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old , creating variety in treatment planning, recovery goals, and functional needs.

Role Snapshot

• Full-time Physical Therapist position
• Salary based on experience
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic setting
• 7–15 patients per day
• Approximately 160–190 clinic visits per week
• WebPT EMR system
• Team includes 2 PTs and 2 PTAs

Schedule Preferences

The clinic strongly prefers one of these schedule options:

Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off weekly

Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations for new patients
• Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
• Build treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, mobility issues, weakness, and post-surgical needs
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement training, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on home exercises and safe ways to support recovery
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress and clinical response
• Document care accurately in WebPT
• Collaborate with PTAs and team members to maintain quality patient care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels
