Our benefits, perks, and rewards are aimed at doing just that: helping you live your best life at CFC.We cover 100% of your premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage and 50% for your dependent's medical and dental premiumsRetirement plan + company match up to 3%; CFC also may make an annual discretionary non-elective contribution on your behalf at the end of the year!A flexible work subsidy: $100 per month that you can use on things like phone and internet costs, office supplies, or even commuting costs16 paid holidays (including winter break and 1 floating holiday), 3 weeks' vacation in your first year, and separate sick leave accrualOther great benefits include: monthly contribution to childcare and/or dependent expenses, FSA account, parental leave, sabbatical leave, employee assistance program, annual wellness reimbursement, growth and development opportunities, disability and life insurance.What you'll do when you join us:Product Strategy & VisionCollaborate with the CEO and other members of the leadership team in the development of portfolio-expanding new products aligned with our diversification strategy and organizational missionTranslate student, educator, and district needs into a compelling, scalable product visionDefine success metrics and establish product goals grounded in user value, learning outcomes, and business impactMarket Research & Concept DevelopmentConduct ongoing market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the education sectorCollaborate with educators, administrators, and technology partners to ensure product relevance and feasibilityGenerate, refine, and prioritize innovative product ideas that align with impact and revenue goals0–1 Product DevelopmentLead the design and development of product prototypes that bring early concepts to life and enable rapid iterationDesign and execute testing strategies to gather user feedback, validate assumptions, and refine product concepts and prototypesLead roadmap creation and iterative development from concept to launchBuild business cases and secure executive buy-in and resourcesCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teamsFacilitate agile rituals and ensure alignment across product, design, and technical executionManage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomesOperational & Financial OversightManage the budget for product innovation, ensuring efficient and strategic use of resourcesMonitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, learning outcomes, and business impactHere's what we're looking for:5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or youth-focused industriesProven track record leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that achieved scale and revenue targetsDemonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalizationExperience managing or influencing cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of K–12 education markets, especially district and school purchasing dynamicsExcellent communication and leadership skillsPreferred:Background in student human skill or executive function development, mental health, digital well-being, and/or child safetyExperience in brand development or portfolio expansion strategiesFamiliarity with ESSA-aligned evidence standards or research-practice partnershipsNote: This position is remote, employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA. Travel is typically quarterly but may be as frequent as every two months for research, testing, and other activities as needed.The hiring range for this position is $122,000–$149,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.Transform the lives of millions.
