Summary Supports and maintains the human resources management system (HRMS), SuccessFactors HCM Suite. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist HR subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst will act as liaison between the HR team, Business units and IT to provide global support for our HRMS system. Duties and Responsibilities Actively participate in the implementation of all project phases including, requirements gathering, build, testing and maintenance of multiple HR system applications of the SuccessFactors suite. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex user and systems issues including data errors, security, process and integration issues. Serve as an escalation point for system issues reported by users Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades and/or resolve system issues. Document processes and results. Ensure that system functionality meet the users’ needs and evaluate requests for changes while analyzing system impact. Support the implementation of upgrades and enhancements as released for SaaS solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing administration and application support and overall system management Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, including feedback on the project deliverables Lead testing efforts, and ensure quality issues are identified Partner with HR globally to troubleshoot and ensure continuous data integrity. Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through periodic reviews and audits. Maintain documentation of processes, auditing protocols, reports and analyses are up-to-date Contribute to the development and support creation of dashboards/scorecards etc. for HR and senior leadership Leverage business knowledge and systems expertise to drive process improvements with the Global HR Team. Participate in identifying and analyzing potential process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements and solutions Create and update documentation and training/quick reference guides for system upgrades and modifications. Provide appropriate communications as upgrades and modifications occur Maintain awareness of current/new trends in HRMS and continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge through training, user groups etc. Participates in special projects and handles other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred or relevant HR work experience SAP SuccessFactors SFX certifications in one or more modules, is a plus. 7+ years of progressive experience as an HRIS/HR Operations Analyst. Configuration and implementation experience required, including working with global HR Systems applications that support compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, learning management, performance management interfaces, and management reporting Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with exposure to HR technology implementations, integrations, and data migrations Broad working knowledge of all aspects of HR business processes/functions and supporting systems and services Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train new system users on processes/functionality Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Must be a team player and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced Excel skills and proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Access, and PowerPoint Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Excellent time management skills, ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment Review, analyze, design and create detailed functional specifications of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop the target technical solutions Subject Matter Expert and administrator of SuccessFactors database HCM suite Work on business process solutions, data collection, data integration and data relationship / calculations Develop basic database queries and perform analysis on results, design detailed dataflow processes Knowledge of databases and data modeling Interpret and explain business, functional and technical requirements for specified applications to managers, business leads, and clients Strong analytical and problem solving skills Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity Effectively communicate clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner Challenge conventional practices and uses creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work Working Conditions Normal office environment, usually sitting at a desk in an open floor plan in close proximity to co-workers.
