Memory Care Coordinator Assistant

Memory Care Coordinator Assistant Location: Coraopolis, PA The Memory Care Coordinator Assistant provides escort service, direct care, and program assistance to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Alzheimer's/Dementia (AD/D) in a Memory Care Home setting. The role works under the direction of the Memory Care Coordinator and Program Director. Responsibilities Assist residents’ activities of daily living, including toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene. Escort residents to and from scheduled program classes. Implement individual goal plans, alternate or backup activities, and document residents’ attendance and progress in the Day Program. Provide guidance in social, recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities. Assist in organizing and conducting special events and off‑campus trips. Offer direction to Residential Services staff working in Program areas of the Memory Care Home. Qualifications High school diploma; related work experience preferred. Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals. Preferably experience with individuals having intellectual and developmental disabilities within the Alzheimer and Dementia spectrum.
