We are seeking a compassionate Treatment Technician to provide direct support to women in recovery. This role focuses on creating a safe, structured environment while monitoring client welfare and assisting with daily activities. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and support clients throughout the recovery process
• Facilitate group activities and educational sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress
• Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and facility guidelines
• Respond appropriately and effectively to crisis situations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in addiction recovery or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
