Data Entry Specialist

This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently performing transaction capture, data entry, data validation, computer equipment and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Transmits customer and Bank files for processing. Monitor various components including print back system and network backup jobs. Perform e-statement system processing. Complete batch processing for the Trust and Pension systems. Generate and distribute departmental reports. Maintains appropriate records, logs and documentation of departmental activity for reporting and audit services. Process check capture, reject/re-entry and other balancing functions. Conducts preventive and routine maintenance tasks on hardware and makes minor repairs in case of equipment malfunctions. Report major problems relating to hardware and/or software to management and/or designated vendor representative for prompt resolution. Flexibility to work evening hours required and potentially additional hours during critical processing periods. Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent (required) Microsoft 365 Experience Knowledge of computer operations practices and procedures as is normally attained in three years of experience in a computer operations environment.
