Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the sales team. This role includes managing staff schedules, coaching team members, and driving sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, visual merchandising, and retail loss prevention procedures to maintain a well-presented and secure store environment. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling customer concerns, maintaining store standards, reporting sales metrics, and collaborating with leadership on local marketing initiatives and events. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Cos Bar’s luxury service standards. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to deliver personalized, luxury-level experiences. Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, coaching team members, and coordinating with company leadership. Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operational oversight in a retail environment. Proven experience in premium or luxury retail; beauty or cosmetics experience is highly beneficial. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management. Comfort with basic retail systems and point-of-sale technology; ability to interpret sales reports and KPIs. Compensation and Benfits Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually , based on experience.
