8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Position

No two days are exactly alike.

This position combines professional driving, customer service, teamwork, technology, and physical work.

You'll safely operate one of our company vehicles while following a planned route throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, serving residential customers, apartment communities, commercial properties, storage facilities, and property managers.

You'll work alongside another JunkShot technician to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally while representing the company with integrity and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks (No CDL Required)
• Follow a scheduled daily route
• Load and remove furniture, appliances, household items, construction debris, yard waste, and other unwanted materials
• Assist with apartment turnovers, eviction cleanouts, estate cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, hoarder cleanups, and specialty cleanout projects
• Safely load and secure materials inside company trucks and trailers
• Transport materials to approved recycling centers, transfer stations, and designated landfill facilities
• Create customer invoices
• Collect customer payments
• Take before-and-after photos of completed jobs
• Upload job documentation into the company CRM
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
• Maintain a clean truck and professional appearance
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job

Experience That Gives You an Advantage

While previous junk removal experience isn't required, the following experience is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role:

• Construction or skilled labor experience
• Professional moving or furniture moving experience
• Delivery driver experience operating a company vehicle
• Route service or route delivery experience
• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
• Apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience
• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Crew Leader, Supervisor, or Management experience
• Experience using smartphones, GPS, mobile apps, or field service software
