The Vice President, Walmart + Club will set the vision and lead the customer strategy for Walmart and the Club channel, including Sam's Club and Costco. This executive will own the development and delivery of the annual operating plan, long-range growth agenda, and customer P&L across the portfolio. The role is accountable for building strategic customer partnerships; accelerating profitable omnichannel growth; leading, developing, and aligning a high-performing sales team; and mobilizing cross-functional partners to deliver sales, profit, share, service, and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Own full P&L responsibility for the Walmart and Club channels, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, and future Club channel opportunities.
• Develop and execute the multi-year growth strategy aligned to Gorilla Glue's commercial and enterprise objectives.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams through assortment expansion, omnichannel growth, innovation, category leadership, and channel development.
• Lead annual operating plans and Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with key customers to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• Serve as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, helping shape enterprise growth priorities, resource allocation, and long-range planning.

Customer Leadership & Relationship Management

• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships across Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, and other Club channel partners.
• Build and maintain senior-level partnerships with merchant, supply chain, replenishment, ecommerce, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact negotiations involving pricing, promotions, assortment, placement, trade investment, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Position Gorilla Glue as a strategic growth partner through insight-led business planning and best-in-class customer engagement.

Sales Execution & Commercial Performance

• Lead the Walmart + Club organization, including Directors, Senior National Account Managers, National Account Managers, and supporting field resources.
• Ensure strong linkage between enterprise strategy, customer planning, and marketplace execution.
• Drive accountability for sales growth, market share, profitability, forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and customer performance metrics.
• Monitor business performance and proactively adjust strategies to address risks, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve financial targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enterprise Alignment

• Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Demand Planning teams.
• Ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies across innovation launches, promotional programs, seasonal initiatives, and portfolio priorities.
• Influence portfolio and product development decisions through customer, category, and shopper insights.
• Drive alignment across forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, service levels, and operational readiness.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Walmart + Club sales organization.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and winning execution.
• Coach and develop leaders while building a strong succession pipeline and talent bench.
• Establish clear performance expectations, development plans, and organizational priorities that enable team success.

Analytics & Performance Management

• Leverage customer, shopper, category, financial, and operational insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Track performance against sales, profit, share, and customer objectives while implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize Retail Link, Luminate, ecommerce analytics, POS data, and market trends to optimize growth strategies and execution.
• Regularly communicate business performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within consumer products, retail, or a related industry.
• Deep expertise leading the Walmart business, with direct experience managing relationships across Walmart U.S. and Walmart.com.
• Significant experience with Sam's Club, Costco, or the broader Club channel strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue, profit, market share, and distribution growth across large, complex national accounts.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-year customer strategies that drive profitable omnichannel growth.
• Experience leading both strategic account management teams and customer-facing sales organizations.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management, trade investment optimization, forecasting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior customer stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional business partners.
• Demonstrated leadership experience developing high-performing teams and building strong succession pipelines.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate customer, category, shopper, financial, and operational insights into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems and processes, including Retail Link, Luminate, replenishment, modular planning, line reviews, and omnichannel commerce platforms.
