What We Offer Full-time position (40 hours guaranteed) with competitive salary based on experience and RBT certification achievement. Job Overview As an Autism Therapist Trainee, you will undergo our comprehensive training program to become a certified RBT. You will utilize behavior analysis to teach children, both with and without autism diagnoses, in a joyful, fast-paced educational setting. You'll also have the chance to lead preschool classes and specialized small-group activities focused on early play skills, art, music, movement, and literacy.
