Triage & Transfer Center Counselor - Mental Health

Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services in Lawrence, MA seeks a Per Diem Behavioral Services Coordinator to triage intake/transfer calls and prioritize bed capacity. You’ll serve as a liaison with hospital ERs and referral partners, ensuring timely admission and accurate referral information.
The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. A minimum of an AA/AS with related experience is expected; bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluency in English is essential.
