About the Role:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our patients, promoting a positive and uplifting environment
• Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, incontinence care, and mobility assistance

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, including reading, playing games, and engaging in conversations

• Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and reporting

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
