YouthBuild Program Lead & Grants Manager

The City of Rock Hill

The City of Rock Hill is seeking a YouthBuild Project Manager to lead the DOL/ETA grant program in Rock Hill, SC. You will oversee recruitment, education and skills training, leadership development, and budget management while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. This full-time role requires a bachelor's degree and several years of youth workforce experience; supervisory experience preferred.
