Role Introduction As a member of our Startup Talent community, you’ll join a curated network that founders and hiring teams turn to when they need skilled makers, operators, and leaders. This isn’t a single job — it’s an open invitation to be discovered across a portfolio of startups and scale‑ups spanning gaming, AI, e‑commerce, healthtech, B2B SaaS, sustainability, and travel. Share your story, surface the work you’re proud of, and get matched quickly to roles where you can make an impact and grow. What You’ll Do Create and maintain a clear, compelling profile and portfolio that highlights projects, products, or initiatives demonstrating your craft and impact. Write concise case studies or project stories that explain the problem, your approach, and the measurable outcome. Keep skills, preferences, and availability up to date so the AI Recruiter can match you to relevant roles quickly and accurately. Opt into Talent Radar and complete short skills verifications or badges to increase visibility and prove readiness to hiring teams. Respond promptly to brief intro chats or screening requests from founders and hiring teams to move opportunities forward efficiently. Engage with recommended learning pathways from the AI Career Coach and participate in targeted assessments or interviews when strong matches arise. What You Bring Relevant experience or demonstrable work in your discipline—specialist or generalist, maker or operator—that you can show through projects, code, products, designs, or case studies. A portfolio, project, or case study that clearly communicates the problem, your approach, and the outcome. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset; ability to explain complex work in plain terms for distributed teams. Comfort with asynchronous remote collaboration and common startup tools (Slack, Notion, Figma, Git, etc.). Based in the EU (Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, or another EU country) or able to work remotely for EU‑based startups; flexible availability for short intro calls and screenings. Motivation to learn, adapt, and complete short verifications or assessments to improve match quality and visibility. Nice to Have Previous experience at startups, scaleups, or founder‑led teams. Open‑source contributions, side projects, or demos that showcase initiative and craft. Multilingual communication skills to support international teams and customers. Direct experience in one of our focus sectors (gaming, AI/ML, e‑commerce, healthtech, B2B SaaS, sustainability, travel). Familiarity with remote hiring, cross‑border compliance, or relocation processes.
