Delivery Assurance Specialist

Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.Job DescriptionUSD: 65,000-70,000Use exceptional customer service skills to view critical part allocation requests from operators and MRO facilities.Update and create accurate material delivery commits for decision making on part allocation between operator and MRO shops.Participate in SAP Testing environment. Provide feedback on SAP UI updates prior to updating production environment.Review material shortage status and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate. Work with CAMs to understand operator requirement.Reah out to buyers to obtain commit dates for critical partsUpdate internal spare parts team on the commit stream for parts related to the assigned buyer codesExperience/QualificationsStrong customer service skills1-3 years’ experience in Delivery AssuranceProficient in SAPProficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferredSkills & Experience Communication Skills, Great Customer Service, SAP, Team Culture Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
