En EOSOL Group buscamos un Senior Supply Chain Manager para liderar la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de toda la cadena de suministro de equipos críticos destinados a proyectos Utility-Scale de energía solar, eólica y almacenamiento de energía (BESS).
El profesional será responsable de coordinar la fabricación, logística, transporte nacional e internacional, importaciones, cumplimiento aduanal y entrega de equipos, actuando como enlace entre proveedores, transportistas, equipos de ingeniería, construcción y demás stakeholders para asegurar que los equipos lleguen en tiempo, forma y conforme a los requisitos del proyecto.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar integralmente la cadena de suministro para proyectos Utility-Scale.
- Coordinar el seguimiento a la fabricación y producción de proveedores.
- Supervisar actividades de logística nacional e internacional.
- Coordinar transporte terrestre, marítimo, almacenamiento y entrega final en sitio.
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de cronogramas de fabricación y suministro.
- Gestionar riesgos relacionados con producción, logística, transporte e importaciones.
- Coordinar procesos de importación, aduanas y cumplimiento comercial.
- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos e indicadores de desempeño.
- Coordinar reuniones con proveedores, transportistas y equipos del proyecto.
- Mantener la documentación y trazabilidad de la cadena de suministro.
- Apoyar a los equipos de ingeniería y construcción con información logística y de abastecimiento.
Formación
- Licenciatura en:
- Supply Chain Management
- Ingeniería
- Logística
- Administración
- Construction Management
- Carrera afín.
Experiencia
- 5+ años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Procurement, Ingeniería o Project Management.
- 3+ años administrando logística y cadena de suministro para proyectos Utility-Scale, generación eléctrica, infraestructura o proyectos industriales.
- Experiencia coordinando fabricación, transporte y entrega de equipos críticos.
- Experiencia gestionando proveedores internacionales.
