Role Overview This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to patients and residents with complex diagnoses. The RN will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families. The role emphasizes minimizing rehospitalizations through goal setting and outcome evaluation. Qualifications Graduates of an approved nursing program, licensed by the State Board of Nursing, and holding CPR certification are required. Key Responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Establish and evaluate patient care goals and interventions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Delegate and supervise patient care tasks. Communicate patient information across shifts and with families.
